Welcome – I am Eric Youle and now live on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.  My interest in Wellness can be traced back to a health challenge back in 2000. A wake up call if you will.  To that point I was a firm believer in conventional medicine,  the magic bullet approach, that science had delivered an effective solution to each disease.

Well I found out differently, didn’t I?  The solutions on offer were neither attractive nor very sure of success, so I started on the conversion to Wellness rather than Sickness care.

Its been quite a long road and involved changes in my mind set. but now attention to diet, choosing healthy fresh products (regular visits to the Farmers Market, for fresh local F&V). The introduction of a comprehensive supplementation regime, some weight loss and ensuring I get good pure water to drink.

And of course a skeptical approach to the offerings of the Sickness profession.
